  • Customized or personalized items

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective or damaged items

If the item is not available for exchange, we will process a refund instead.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • Returned items are not in their original condition
  • Items were returned without authorization

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may have already been processed or shipped.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
